?   electrical characterization of parameters specified in the data sheet.

?   definition of test contentstest conditions for production testing wafer, component.

?   qualification of new product before volume production.

?   optimization of designtest content to achieve both high yieldexcellent quality

?   provide support in solving product problemscustomer return analysis.

?   work with a dynamic stimulating environment, together with a lot of opportunities for technical training abroad to grow professionally.

qualifications:

?   bachelor degree above, majoring in microelectronics electronic engineering related disciplines.

essential experience:

?   semiconductor device physicscircuit design know how appreciated.

?   good communications skills in english & chinese.

?   computer knowledge: windows, unix, ms office.
